Thank you for visiting our webshop at www.rave-rvw.com (hereafter the “Site”), operated by Rave Review AB. Please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order. By placing an order and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to be bound by them. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version in effect at the time you place your order.

Orders & Availability

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email confirming that we have received your order. Please note that an order confirmation does not guarantee that all items are available until your order has been processed and dispatched. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and inform you of the situation. If we are unable to fulfill an item, you will not be charged for that item, or any amount paid for the unavailable item will be refunded. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email or text message, including tracking information where available.

Inaccuracies on the Website

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our Site is accurate and up to date. However, errors, inaccuracies or typographical errors may occasionally occur, including in product descriptions, availability and pricing. If we discover that an item has been listed with an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be cancelled and any payment already made will be refunded.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with applicable Swedish and EU consumer protection legislation. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@rave-review.com within the 14-day period and clearly state that you wish to return your order. Once you have notified us, the item(s) must be sent back to Rave Rvw within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied product.

Returned item(s) should be in the same condition as when received. You may handle and examine the item(s) to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and fit. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary for such examination, Rave Rvw may be entitled to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to any diminished value of the item. Items should be returned with all original labels and packaging where applicable. Removing a label does not automatically prevent you from exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, but Rave Review may be entitled to claim a deduction for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for online purchases. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order through our online store. All new orders are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Refunds will normally be processed within seven days of receiving the returned item and in all cases within the timeframe required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

For a full withdrawal of an order, the refund will include the purchase price of the returned item(s) and the cost of the standard delivery option originally chosen, where required by applicable law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.

The cost of returning the item to Rave Rvw is the responsibility of the customer. Any VAT included in the purchase price will be included in the refund where applicable. If you paid using Klarna, your payment or invoice will be adjusted accordingly. The timing of the adjustment may depend on Klarna’s processing procedures.

International Orders, Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated and are the responsibility of the customer.

Rave Rvw does not control the amount of customs duties, taxes or other import charges imposed by the destination country and cannot predict the amount that may be charged. We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about the applicable charges.

Refused or Uncollected International Orders

If you refuse to accept a delivery, fail to collect a parcel or choose not to pay applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges, the parcel may be returned to Rave Rvw by the carrier. Refusing or not collecting a parcel does not automatically constitute an exercise of your right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel your order or exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@rave-review.com in accordance with this policy.

Where a parcel is returned to Rave Rvw because the customer has refused delivery, failed to collect the parcel or declined to pay applicable customs duties or import charges, Rave Rvw may deduct the reasonable costs incurred as a result of the return from any refund, where permitted by applicable law. These costs may include:

• Return shipping costs charged by the carrier
• Additional carrier handling or processing fees
• Customs clearance or administration fees
• Import duties, taxes or other charges that Rave Rvw is required to pay in connection with the return

Any deduction will be based on the actual costs incurred by Rave Rvw.

Customs duties, import taxes and other charges paid directly by the customer to the destination country’s customs authority, carrier or other third party are outside Rave Rvw’s control and may not be refundable by Rave Rvw. Customers should contact their local customs authority or carrier to determine whether such charges can be reclaimed.

Damaged or Defective Products

All products are carefully checked before being dispatched. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective or does not correspond to your order, please contact us at info@rave-review.com as soon as possible, preferably including your order number and photographs showing the issue. A damaged or defective product is handled as a complaint and is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection legislation, Rave Rvw may offer a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. If your complaint is accepted, Rave Rvw will cover reasonable return shipping costs and any other costs that you are legally entitled to have reimbursed.

Any refund will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Please retain your order confirmation and any relevant proof of purchase.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been placed, provided that payment has been received, any required order verification has been completed, and the ordered items are in stock.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays and periods where otherwise stated on the Site.You will receive an order confirmation by email when your order is placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures and periods of high order volumes or sale periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking service. You can use the tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may take some time to become available after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Countries We Ship To

Rave Rvw currently ships to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States of America.

If your country is not listed at checkout, we currently do not offer delivery to that destination.

Domestic Orders

Orders within Sweden are shipped using PostNord and are normally delivered to a designated access point or other delivery location selected by the carrier. Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days after dispatch, except during sale periods and other periods of high order volumes.

You will receive a notification by text message or email when your package is ready for collection, where applicable. If a package is not collected within the carrier’s specified collection period, it may be returned to Rave Rvw.

If a package is returned because it was not collected, Rave Rvw may deduct the reasonable costs actually incurred as a result of the return from any refund, where permitted by applicable law. If you wish to cancel your order or exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@rave-review.com rather than simply leaving the package uncollected.

International Orders – DAP

International orders are shipped using UPS on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means that Rave Rvw is responsible for arranging delivery to the destination, while the customer is responsible for any import duties, import VAT, customs fees, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, import VAT, customs fees, local taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

The amount of such charges varies depending on the destination country and the value and type of goods ordered. Rave Rvw does not control or determine these charges and cannot predict the amount that may apply to a particular order. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable charges directly to the relevant customs authority, UPS or other authorised party.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about the applicable import charges.

Refused or Non-Collected International Orders

If you refuse delivery, fail to collect your package or decline to pay applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges, UPS may return the package to Rave Rvw.

Refusing or failing to collect a package does not automatically constitute an exercise of your right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel your order or exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@rave-review.com in accordance with our Exchanges & Returns policy. If a package is returned to Rave Rvw because you have refused delivery, failed to collect the package or declined to pay applicable import charges, Rave Rvw may deduct the reasonable costs actually incurred as a result of the return from any refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Such costs may include:

• UPS return shipping charges
• UPS handling or processing fees
• Customs clearance or administration fees
• Import duties, taxes or other charges that Rave Rvw is required to pay in connection with the return

Import duties, import taxes and other charges paid directly by the customer to the destination country’s customs authority, UPS or another third party may not be refundable by Rave Rvw. Customers should contact the relevant customs authority or UPS to determine whether such charges can be reclaimed.
